Circular Economy

Our activities are characterized by their ability to complement one another, aiming to reduce, reuse, recycle, and recover waste and materials, thereby extending their useful lifespan.

Considering the different business areas of the group, we believe in the importance of maintaining a dynamic balance between the growth of our companies and the consumption of natural resources, prioritizing the principles of the circular economy.

Although this is a relatively recent concept, it has always been part of our growth strategy, which has enabled us, year after year, to become increasingly competitive and sustainable.

At Ambigroup we prioritize the circular economy

The integration into the economic cycle of materials and equipment resulting from demolition and dismantling projects, as well as from all other business areas, promoting the reuse and recovery of the steel products derived from them.

Although the Circular Economy is a relatively recent concept in many other business areas, AMBIGROUP has always built its business based on this approach, one of the reasons why we have managed to become increasingly competitive in the face of the competition and sustainable in the face of all marketplace.

How we do it?

At our treatment facilities, sorting processes are carried out to ensure the proper segregation of the various waste streams, creating opportunities for appropriate routing. Through innovative transformation processes, we are able to obtain secondary raw materials for reintroduction into the economic cycle or, as a last resort, for use as alternative fuel. In this way, we minimize the waste sent to landfill and reduce the need for resource extraction.

We reuse materials and equipment from our demolition and dismantling activities, reintegrating them into our own infrastructures or placing them back on the market as recovered materials.

Through strategic partnerships, we are able to identify opportunities for the reuse, recycling, and recovery of waste.

We believe that only through collaboration and the establishment of synergies across the value chain can we achieve a truly efficient and resilient circular economy. That is why we continue to work closely with our partners to create an integrated network that maximizes the value of materials and minimizes waste.
