Demolition of the Billets Reheating Furnace, Siderurgia Nacional - Seixal

It was a demolition project carried out with very tight deadlines, inside a fully functioning industrial facility. Carrying out projects of this nature, with 24-hour shifts, requires exceptional technical and logistical skills, in addition to detailed resource planning.

As part of a conversion project, the old billet reheating oven, which had a plan area of approximately 27 m by 16 m, as well as the dismantling of a set of associated structures and equipment.

The work was carried out using heavy mechanical equipment and specialized teams, adapting to the characteristics of the equipment and site constraints, with all safety measures implemented and objectives achieved in coordination with the client.
